• Through the open workshop sign-up form: the child's name and age, plus the parent/guardian's contact details (name, email, phone optional).

We do not collect any other personal data through this site.

We use this data solely to respond to your inquiries, organize workshop sign-ups, and communicate information related to Mattika Explore activities you've shown interest in. The legal basis is your consent, given by checking the GDPR box when submitting a form.

4. Children's data

A child's data (name, age) is collected only with the consent of their parent or legal guardian, given by that parent checking the GDPR box at sign-up, and is used solely to organize the workshop the child is attending.

5. How long we keep data

We keep data only as long as needed to respond to your request or organize the workshop, but no more than 60 days, after which it is deleted.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent your data to any third party. Data may be accessed by technical providers who host our site or process our forms, strictly for the site to function.
