Students explore electric current and build simple circuits using batteries, light bulbs, motors, and switches. We talk about electrical safety and energy sources. In the second part, each child builds their own drawing robot that actually works! This hands-on workshop builds creativity and fine motor skills. Children gain knowledge about electricity and, most importantly, leave with the empowering feeling that they can create functional devices. As proof of their engineering skills, children take their robots home.

Children build kaleidoscopes from scratch, learning about optics and light. This workshop builds creativity, fine motor skills, and scientific curiosity. Once their kaleidoscopes are finished, students experiment with different combinations of natural materials (petals, leaves, fibers) and artificial ones (beads, colored glass) to create the most colorful, complex patterns they can. Students take their kaleidoscopes home as keepsakes of their scientific creations.

In this workshop, children use chemical reactions to create artwork that resembles distant galaxies in the night sky. Along the way, they discover the scientific method, learning to form hypotheses, test them through experiments, and draw conclusions. Exploring this magical intersection between science and art, students grow curious about chemistry and build fine motor skills and creativity. We close the workshop with a few age-appropriate questions about celestial bodies and galaxies.

In this workshop, children get hands-on with test tubes and pipettes, discovering the world of science in a safe, creative way. In the first part, they paint with color-changing ink; in the second, they enjoy playing with colors in test tubes, learning to tell different clear liquids apart using pH indicators. This workshop introduces scientific equipment in an age-appropriate way, building children's confidence in handling lab tools safely. We only use safe materials, such as baking soda, tea, or cabbage juice.
